Bali Trip and Tour Refund Policy
At Bali Trip and Tour, we strive to provide a seamless travel experience. However, we understand that plans may change, and we have designed our refund policy to be transparent and fair for our valued customers. Please read the details below:
1. Cancellation by the Customer
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled trip date are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the trip date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip date are not eligible for a refund.
2. Cancellation by Bali Trip and Tour
In the unlikely event that Bali Trip and Tour cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, operational issues):
- Customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip at no additional cost.
- If a suitable alternative cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued promptly.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as non-refundable accommodations, flights, or partner activities, may have their own refund policies. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
5. Changes to Bookings
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Requests for changes must be made at least 3 days before the trip date.
6. No-Show Policy
Customers who do not arrive at the agreed meeting point or fail to participate in the booked tour/activity will not be eligible for a refund.
