• All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized representatives.
• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking, as specified at the time of reservation.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made via email or phone.
• Refund eligibility depends on the time of cancellation:
  • More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund (minus processing fees).
  • 24-48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: Non-refundable.

3. Changes to Booking

• Modifications to bookings (date, time, participants) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• Additional fees may apply for changes.

4. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

• Specific inclusions (transportation, meals, entrance fees, etc.) are listed for each tour package.
• Additional costs, such as personal expenses, tips, and optional activities, are not included unless specified.

5. Liability

• Bali Trip and Tour is not liable for delays, accidents, injuries, or losses caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party providers.
• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.

6. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to cover unexpected events, medical emergencies, or cancellations.

7. Health and Safety

• Participants must disclose any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking.

8. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards guides, staff, and fellow travelers.
• Failure to comply with guidelines may result in exclusion from the tour without a refund.

9. Force Majeure

• Bali Trip and Tour is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.
